Roupe came over to install our new dishwasher that we bought just after we moved into our house. I had two other small issues with aerators that were clogged and a bathroom toilet that wouldn't stop filling. He promptly came out within an hour and fixed that for us. Never once did he have a bad attitude and he was happy to explain everything he did.
